Mindy is the first candidate to file and the first to qualify.

 Pechenuk made it clear- "This is how I will revive Oakland — on time, and in many cases ahead of schedule.” 

Pechenuk, is there for all Oaklanders, this is not a party question, this is about our Oakland. 

Pechenuk declared-“I am the only candidate with a total vision for Oakland. No one else has the plan or the backbone to rebuild our physical economy with real jobs, bring our businesses back, and launch apprentice programs that give Oaklanders a future.”

Pechenuk is uncompromising on public safety- “I am tough on crime and drugs. Oakland will not have open-air drug markets or illegal cannabis warehouses under my administration.”

On homelessness, her approach is clear and direct: treatment first, mental health care, and apprentice programs that move people from the streets into productive work.“

Oakland deserves results, not excuses, time to stop the managed decline of our city.
