The announcement by the Obama-Appointed Judge Chutkan to Reinstate the Gag Order on President Trump cannot be met with silence.
This is complete lawlessness. Even the far-left ACLU later filed a brief arguing that an overly-broad gag order imposed on Donald J. Trump in an ongoing election interference case violates the First Amendment.
According to Chutkan’s gag order, Trump cannot criticize Special Counsel Jack Smith or any of his prosecutors – even if Trump is telling the truth!
I am stepping up to the plate on this and asking ALL candidates and delegates, media, and citizens of California to join me in the loudest possible public denunciation of this blatant violation of the Constitutional Rights of President Trump. If they get away with this with President Trump, what chance do you think you have of resisting this kind of police state censorship?"
Further this mobilization is doubly necessary due to the treasonous failure of the California Republican Party to take action on the resolution recently considered on September 30, 2023 which was titled, "Resolution #9: Censure and Remove Judge Tanya Chutkan from Donald J. Trump Case submitted by Dennis Mattock, CAGOP Delegate from Ventura County. The resolution was killed by the Resolutions Committee without even any proper debate allowed!!!
Thank God public awareness of these police state censorships and FBI/DOJ abuses that have made the land of the free and the home of the brave now the land of the police state are being fully and publicly exposed by the release and wide distribution of a new movie with the title "Police State" by Dinesh D'Souza . I will have much more to say about that in the near future.
Finally, President Trump's voice is needed now. Not only to defend himself from selective and vindictive prosecutions such as this one being run as a freight train express to derail Trump's successful candidacy to regain the Republican Nomination and the White House in 2024, BUT he must be free to comment and act on the World War III crises facing the world today. He must be free to play an active role in preventing further escalation of the Ukraine-Russia War and the Hamas-Israel War, wars that can lead to an out of control nuclear World War III.
